2. Services Provided

No Borders Moving & Storage offers local and long-distance moving, packing and unpacking, white glove services, and storage solutions across multiple U.S. states. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.

3. Booking & Scheduling

  • A valid name, contact number, service address, and moving details must be provided to schedule a move.
  • Booking is confirmed only after written or verbal acknowledgment by our team.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Same-day or last-minute moves may incur additional fees.

4. Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates are provided based on the details you share. Final costs may change based on actual labor, time, and materials required.
  • All charges, including hourly rates, travel fees, materials, or storage, will be discussed in advance when possible.
  • We aim for upfront pricing and no hidden fees, but any changes to scope will be communicated.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute changes on the day of the move may result in additional charges.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods.
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection actions.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information and access to all items to be moved.
  • It’s your responsibility to secure valuables, personal documents, or fragile items unless packed by our team.
  • You must ensure access to parking and building entry as required by the move.

8. Liability & Damages

While we handle all items with care, No Borders Moving & Storage is not liable for:

  • Items packed by customers
  • Pre-existing damage or improperly assembled furniture
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control
  • Claims for damages must be made in writing within 7 days of the move.

9. Storage Terms

  • Storage services are offered for short-term or long-term use.
  • Items stored must be legal and safe.
  • Monthly storage fees apply and are billed in advance.
  • Failure to pay for storage may result in loss of access or disposal of items after notice.

10. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse or damage our website.
  • All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by No Borders Moving & Storage and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service at our discretion if terms are violated or if safety concerns arise.
